Ogyris Ecological Research are industry leaders in southeastern Australian mineral sands mining rehabilitation planning, assessment and research. We have recently submitted for publication, a journal article on Spinifex-Mallee revegetation and will be presenting three papers at the Society for Ecological Restoration Conference in New Caledonia in November 2014 on the revegetation of chenopod dominated revegetation at Cristal Mining Australia’s arid zone mines in southwest NSW. Ogyris can advise on the status of failed or under-performing revegetation on private land or mine sites, as well as provide instructive amelioration planning advice. Our company also collects seed for sand mining rehabilitation and regional seed banks; as well as for the Royal Botanic Gardens (Melbourne) for garden collections as well as part of the Millennium Seedbank Project.
